The basics
• You need to be 18 or older to open an account. • Creating an account means you've read and accepted these pages. • Only submit codes you actually own. Don't open multiple accounts and don't share your login.
Getting approved
• New applications are reviewed by hand. • If we don't get to your application within 30 days, it's automatically rejected and you'll need to apply again.
Submitting codes
• Our check on a submitted code is final. • If you think we got it wrong, send us proof from the website of the company that issued the card, within 3 days, and we'll take another look.
Payments
• Any fees that apply are shown on the order before you confirm — nothing is charged behind your back. • If a code was accepted but later turns out to be invalid, its amount is deducted from your balance.
Codes and responsibility
You are responsible for any code you submit. If it turns out to be stolen or already used, it will be rejected and we may suspend your account. Once we check a code, our decision is final.
